Meet Cash Najar. He’s the quarterback at Cle Elum Roslyn High School, graduating with the class of 2023, and son to Lucky and Randi Najar. Randi reached out to book Cash’s senior photos in January of this year, 2022 (when Cash was a junior), which was perfect timing for coordinating busy schedules and gave us plenty of time to plan some epic shots for his Cle Elum senior photos.

Take one look at Cash’s letterman jacket and you will instantly recognize that he’s an athlete.

Since his earliest years, Cash has played sports. He began basketball at 5 years old and continues to play forward to this day on the CERHS varsity basketball team, but his true passion is football. Cash began playing football in elementary school Grid Kids and is now the quarterback for the CERHS football team. Through grit and perseverance, Cash excels both on the field and in his schoolwork.

Lucky and Randi, his proud parents, own and operate The Brick Saloon in Roslyn, the oldest continually operating drinking establishment in the state. Established in 1889, the legendary saloon boasts an original 23′ running water spittoon and colorful coal mining history, along with great pub food and of course, drinks.

The Brick keeps busy year round and Cash is a huge help behind the scenes when he’s not playing sports.

Cash’s main interest is, not surprisingly as an athlete, in fitness. He’s continually working on getting stronger, fitter, and better. His dedication to his craft will serve him well for the rest of his life!

I love that we included his football uniform in addition to some classic outfits and a letterman jacket. Having a variety of looks was a great way to highlight his whole personality.

It was a pleasure meeting Cash and his parents. I appreciate each and every parent that chooses me to be their child’s senior photographer. It’s such a wonderful milestone to be part of!
