I’m so glad that Lisa and Troy Hilberg reached out to me in their search for a Cle Elum senior photographer. I knew these sessions were going to be special when the family immediately invested in my largest, most inclusive senior package before I ever took a single photo. When clients decide on their heirloom artwork ahead of time, it allows me to tailor their sessions to the finished products. Especially since my largest package has more total images and greater opportunity for variety.

Troy and Lisa Hilberg are the owners of Copper Crest Home Services, a high-end management and maintenance company serving luxury properties within Suncadia and Tumble Creek. Their son, Conner, is an incredible athlete and a graduating senior at Cle Elum Roslyn High School, Class of 2021.
In addition to maintaining a 3.98 GPA, Conner is a member of the honors society and an All-League honorable mention athlete in both Baseball and Football. He began playing football at the age of 7 with his dad as his coach and mentor. Conner went on to play under various other coaches as he grew but when he started high school, his dad began coaching again. Troy says that Conner understands the game of football better than most people, and is always thinking several steps ahead.

When I asked Conner what his favorite part of the photo experience was, he said: “The sports photos were super cool, especially getting to see where they started to the final result. I was nervous in the first session but felt more confident after that. I would definitely recommend more than one session. I am also really excited about the album. I saw Brennan’s (my son’s) album and thought it was really cool. That book is something that you can look back on in 5-10 years and beyond, to remember who I was at this time in my life.”

In addition to his dedication to sports, Conner referees/umpires/coaches younger kids in flag football and baseball, and is community service-oriented. His mom, Lisa, described Conner as: “Incredibly kind and caring, he is always willing to stick up for someone who is less fortunate, and is an old soul. He is a wonderful human being and exceptionally close to his family.

These sessions had such great overall variety and gave us some time together to focus just on Conner. We are so busy between our four kids and our business, it was nice to have that time to focus on him. I am most excited about the book. It is something that we can treasure forever. I am thrilled that we captured Conner at this stage in his life.”
