Patti and Kevin Gomes have lived in Cle Elum for 14 years, and during that time we have had the pleasure of working together on many projects. In addition to being the Gomes’ family photographer in Cle Elum I have also captured Patti’s branding photos for her businesses. Patti is the owner of Revive Makeup Artistry and co-owner of RoseMary + Ink Artistry. I also regularly use Patti as a makeup artist for many of my portrait clients. In 2020 Patti and Kevin purchased a beautiful home for their family in Cle Elum. “We love our new neighborhood. It has allowed my kids to make neighborhood friends play until the street lights come on. They get to experience so many of the things that I got to experience growing up in a small town.” A new home, and a growing family, is the perfect reason to update family portraits. I love that Patti makes it a priority to get in the frame with her family. And, I was thrilled with the photos we created.

There is a soft spot in my heart of the photo with Patti and their son Vaden. It’s absolute magic and I love showing that we can create these photos even as our children grow. It’s simply a matter of giving ourselves the opportunity. During the course of the photo session, Malia Jean added her spunky 2-year-old personality to nearly every photo. Leaving Patti slightly panicked that we had not captured a single usable portrait of her sweet family. But I think that all mamas of littles have that fear. And, I love showing them that they can count on me.
