RoseMary + Ink Artistry was founded in 2021 by highly experienced makeup artists, longtime Cle Elum residents and friends: Patti Gomes & Krista Holmes.

Both Patti and Krista had formal training as artists in college, which has translated well to their passion for makeup. Patti and her husband moved to Cle Elum almost 15 years ago, and are raising their children here. Krista was born and raised in Cle Elum. While 2020 was an absolutely devastating year for anyone in the wedding industry, 2021 brought a wedding boom.

After being a makeup artist since 2014, Patti realized that it was time to level up, create a website, and bring on a business partner. The duo quickly realized that when it comes to creating wedding makeup magic, they are better and more efficient together. But in order to level up, they also realized that they needed the perfect images to build their brand and launch their website. I’m so glad that they chose to work with me again for their branding portrait session.

Together these fabulous ladies are fueled by fitness, coffee, and Britney Spears music – and it shows in their branding! Not only did I have a wonderful time highlighting their personalities and the culture of their business in their brand photos. I also use RoseMary + Ink Artistry often as a service for my portrait clientele. Makeup is a common request for most of my senior girls, but they’re also my favorite addition to family portraits as a way for moms to feel pampered and at their best for photos.
