One of the things I enjoy most about my job as a senior photographer in Cle Elum, is getting to know what my senior clients are passionate about. Growing up in the Central Cascades, it’s rare to meet a senior that doesn’t have a love for the great outdoors. Niko Bennet is no exception. A senior at Cle Elum Roslyn High School Dominik “Niko” Bennet loves the outdoors, plays tennis and is a trumpet player in the jazz, marching, concert and pep bands. Our goal when creating his custom photography experience was to showcase his passions over the course of multiple sessions throughout the year.
With such a heavy involvement in band, it’s not a surprise that he also has a great love and passion for music. According to his mom, he’s the type of guy who will listen to everything from the classics crooners to modern day country rap & classic rap to heavy-metal, all before belting out a Christmas song and singing hymns. It is quite an amazing gift to be able to listen to any kind of music from around the world from any genre from any era and appreciate it and enjoy it and sing along.
As a senior photographer in Cle Elum, I’ve really enjoyed creating custom photography experiences for students like Niko. We scheduled his
portraits over multiple sessions during different seasons throughout the year to create one of a kind artwork that highlighted his passions. During our time together I got to see Niko’s many passions shine in his senior portraits. It’s so important to document this moment in their life because it won’t be long before their entire world changes. This fall Niko will attend Columbia Basin College studying math and science!
Nice work
